California Probate and Trust, PC values your privacy. This page provides instructions for deleting your data that may have been collected through our Facebook/Meta integrations.

What Data We Collect

When you interact with our Facebook presence or use Facebook login features on our website, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Profile information you’ve made public
  • Interactions with our Facebook page

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data associated with our Facebook integration, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit Facebook’s Settings: Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy, then click Settings
  2. Navigate to Apps and Websites: Click on “Apps and Websites” in the left sidebar
  3. Remove Our App: Find “California Probate and Trust” in the list and click “Remove”

Data Deletion Timeline

Once we receive your deletion request, we will:

  • Confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours
  • Complete deletion within 30 days
  • Send you confirmation once deletion is complete

Data Retention

Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Records required for legal compliance
  • Information necessary to resolve disputes
  • Data needed to enforce our agreements
