2. Legal Services Disclaimer
No Attorney-Client Relationship: Visiting our website or contacting us through a Meta advertisement does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only established after:
- You have had a consultation with our attorney
- We have agreed to represent you
- We have executed a written engagement agreement
- We have performed a conflicts check

5. No Guarantee of Results

6. Fee Disclosure
Attorney fees are not determined or quoted through Meta advertising. Fees are discussed during your initial consultation and set forth in a written fee agreement. We do not charge for initial consultations for most estate planning services.

- Changes Meta makes to their advertising platform
- Data breaches or security issues on Meta's platforms
- Meta's content moderation decisions

- Post false, defamatory, or misleading information
- Harass or threaten our staff or other users
- Share confidential information publicly
- Violate Meta's Community Standards
- Attempt to solicit services from other commenters
11. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Placer County, California.
